School feeding Programme caterers to be paid May ending

Caterers of the School Feeding Programme  are to receive their feeding grants and all areas owned them by the end May 2017.

The Head of the Programme at the ministry of Gender Children and Social protection, Patrick Boateng Acheampong who disclosed this to vision1news said government has released funds for the payement of all outstanding areas till current contract with caterers ends in July this year and urged them to be patient with government.

Mr.Boateng Acheampong made this when some of the Caterers besiege the grounds of the ministry of gender children and social protection to demand full payment of areas owned them.


The public relations officer for caterers Maame Yaa Appiah Kurrang and her national chairperson Elizabeth Nyarko who led the Caterers to besiege the ministry appeal the coodinator and speed up the proccess so they can continue cooking for the school children accross the country.



Meanwhile the Ashanti regional  representative of the Caterers surrond the ministry Prince Bnasah described the handlers of the School feeding programme as disappointing and ask for proper payement system.
