People Above 60 Can Still Work In Government Institutions- Legal Practitioner

Legal Practitioner, Lawyer Antwi Agyei of Ohenewa Chambers has explained that, people above 60 years can still work in some Government Institution.


He said some of the Government Institutions per the Constitution, permit people above 60 years to work under it. These people are known as Public Office Holders and can work from the ages of 60-70. An example of these public holders are supereme court Judges.
Charllenges that may affect this suit filed can be the office that he will be holding which cannot be described as a public office because its under the Arthoney General Department.
He can win this case due to his condition of service, being eguivalent to that of a supereme court judge as to EC boss or CHRAJ boss  
Lawyer Antwi Agyei stated this when reacting to the suit filed by Dr. Dominic Ayine seeking Supreme Court interpretation over Martin Amidu’s Nomination as Special Prosecutor.
Lawyer Antwi Agyei disclosed this in an interview with Vision1news.

Meanwhile, Lawyer Antwi Agyei, described Dr. Dominic Ayine’s decision to court over Martin Amidu’s appointment of being over aged as move to test the law.
