Ghana re-opens GHS3.8bn 6-year bond

Ghana has re-opened the issuance of a six-year bond trading with a total current amount outstanding of GHS370,308,430 maturing on 27 January 2025.

Bids for the senior unsecured offer opened at 9:00am on Thursday, 2 May 2019 and will end at 2:30pm on Friday, 3 May 2019, a statement from the Bank of Ghana (BoG) said.

The bookrunners for the bond are Barclays Bank Ghana, IC Securities, Fidelity Bank, Databank Group and Stanbic Bank Ghana, and open to resident investors and non-resident investors.

The bonds shall be settled on 6 May 2019.
